Late Fees and Additional Payment Information
Depending on which payment plan you've chosen, you are obligated to pay the full amount of your transaction's price plus interest, within the allotted amount of time of 3, 6, or 12 months. In the event that you do not fully pay your bill by the "Due By" date, you will be subject to additional fees and potential device confiscation, per your agreement with HSC when purchasing a device. The following actions may be taken by HSC in the event that you do not pay your full bill in the time allotted:
- A 5% late fee will be added to your bill (which is applied only to the amount remaining), every 7 days past the due-by date.
- In the event that an outstanding balance has not been paid within 30 days past the "Due-By" date, your device will be confiscated until your outstanding bill has been paid in full. Per your agreement, you are obligated to surrender any devices purchased through HSC upon request.
